Within Heritance: Your information may be accessed by authorised Heritance staff for the purposes of providing support, ensuring platform security, and meeting compliance obligations.

With service providers: We may share information with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as cloud hosting providers). These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by Heritance and in accordance with this policy.
